Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-price merchandise in its original condition with tags attached. All sale items are final purchase.
How to Return
- Visit our Returns Portal at essentialswebster.com/returns
- Complete the return request form
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Attach the prepaid return label
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- Original tags must be attached
- Shoes must be returned in original boxes
- Luxury items require all original packaging and certificates
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges only for available inventory:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired size
- Return shipping fees apply for both transactions
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Duties and taxes cannot be refunded
Damaged/Defective Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and process an immediate replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned:

- Bodysuits
- Earrings
- Customized items
- Gift cards
